Like many CD's that I have listened to over the years, there are songs such as "Wade in the Water" that blow me away from the first listen. Other songs grow on you the more you listen to them, while others take a few more listens. The thing about JB is the deeper levels of the music. Even a song that does not floor me on the first listen, still has something that will eventually draw me in. Another thing that I respect about JBT is the continual growth of the band. JBT is by no means a "Hit" making band that churns out the same songs over and over with nothing more than a "Key" change. This CD shows that commitment to take it to another level and one of the many reasons that JBT is one of my favorite bands. The raw emotion and deep love of the music comes through in every song. I could go on and on, but suffice to say that I am very pleased with the new CD.
